There's this one guy that always messes up my order pricing when ever I go during their happy hour. I don't know his name but he's almost always wearing his hood up and is a little darker skin tone than the other workers. This is like the fourth time already. It gets annoying, like there's a sign right behind him where he works that tells him the pricing during happy hour. How can he forget or mess up. He needs to be let go already. Other than that, all the older workers that been there since day one are awesome and they have an amazing juice selection. Almost every single one is a good choice. Would give 5 stars but someone keeps making mistakes.

So wonderful. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Any time you need help with your mod, they are willing and able. I love Just Vape. Only place I go for my vape needs! Literally! Now they need a location in Rio Rancho so I'm not going into abq for my juice! I still love just vape! Both locations are the bomb!

I wish I could give this place a zero. They do not back up any of their products. Even if they're faulty. They have a terrible attitude and honestly are jerks. We go there out of convenience bc they are so close to my house. We will not be returning. They are as unprofessional as they get. Value your customers. This place does not! Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

If I could rate higher I would. I would not recommend going here to get tanks mods or other hardware supplies. They just specialize in juices. They do have a nice selection of disposables though. Now that thats aside the juices are the best ive ever had. Good prices 120ml bottles of fully custom juice is only about 20$. They have their menu of vape juices but they can make any flavor you want. If you can dream it they can probably make it. If you get one of their juices and there is something you want more of flavor wise just bring it in and ask. They helped me boost the amount of berry in my juice because I wanted more for no charge. They are very knowledgeable about the juice making process and will always try their best to make sure you're happy with the juices. They have smaller bottles 15ml for just 6$ so you can try the flavors on the board before you commit to a full size bottle. I love this vape store and they are the only place I will go for juices from now on.

I only wished I lived in the same state as these guys!! Freaking Amazing juice and even better customer service!! I've Vaped for 7 years and have never come across a juice bar where they make it while you wait and make sure you're totally satisfied before you leave the place!! Great job guys and I'll be back even if I have to drive from Idaho!🤣💖

Truly awesome customer service! These guys have all the latest and greatest authentic vape gear you can find. The prices are within the range of ordering online. Obviously these guys need to be paid for their work, so just a bit of mark-up -- nothing like any of the other shops though! I've never rated anywhere before, but this store is worthy of praise! Their shop is a little hard to find, but the bounty is worth the trek. I insist that anyone going to the bigger venues stop into this humble shop; you will be delighted!
