Terrible service! I walked in with a vape cartridge looking for a pen. They hardly gave me the time of day! When I asked for a fitting pen they said no sorry without even hardly looking at my product. Rude customer service which I can't stand! Limited stock and snotty workers...... I just want to add on after the response from the owner that I'm not looking for them to spend more time or waste my time at that! They didn't even look at what I was showing them! So before you say that you're going to give better customer service think about that before you give a shity response LOL now I see why the customer service was the way it is

I wasn't expecting much from this place and the only reason why I came here was because the shop I usually go to was closed for some odd reason. But I'm glad I did come because I ended up finding a flavor that I really like more than the other shop, And now I just come here.

Edit: three years later, and this is still the ONLY vape store in town I go to. There's an Oasis half the distance to my house, but I still drive the 20 minutes here for all my juices and devices.
The guys at Just Vape were incredibly helpful! I went in with a hand me down device and walked out actually knowing something about it. Loving my Fog Fruit flavor.
I will most certainly be back.

If you want to lose money, go here. They got my only and last purchase. Lost money on an exchange and they lost my business. They should have equaled out my value for a $28.00. I got $20.00 in exchange for a $28.00 item. Poor business ethics, which they would have made over $20.00 a week on me, just to profit $8.00........

I just found the Westside location. Customer service is excellent! Flavors of juices are better than Oasis! Prices are comparable to Oasis! My new favorite vape shop!

Hands down best vape shop in the 505. These guys know their equipment and hand mix juice to your specs. They are auper friendly and quick. They'll go out of their way to help if i ever have mod or tank trouble. I deive passed about 10 vape shops to get to this one!
