I just stopped in for the first time after a few friends mentioned that they really liked this place. For some reason it wasn't on my radar. Chill vibe, very informative and helpful staff. All stocked up with whatever you need. Highly recommend!!!

Great products , but the staff at the counter was kind of rude. Big turn off.it’s funny that they just call the bad reviews fake instead of acknowledging customer complaints. I called to verify that a product had come in. The convo went like this me: I was wondering if a product had come in. Big smoke: No. Me: I didn’t say what product. You know what I’m looking for? Big Smoke : Yes And then just hung up. You can ignore bad reviews , but you’re not fooling people who had those experiences.

Quality has done nothing but decrease since I first started coming here. Seems to me now that they are popular, quality doesn’t mean anything to them anymore, they just want to keep taking our money. If your a regular customer here you’ll know what I mean when I say I’ve got nothing but rock solid dust lately. Very nice people but all that does is fool you into trusting them. Haven’t seen a real can since they first started.

Went there yesterday at 3pm doors locked and candles lit on counter. Wait too 330 and no one ever opened. In that half hour saw a lot of people come up and leave. Good way to lose business.

A few months ago I had pen's that were not working. The gave me new vape pens at no charge. I had 2 they gave me 4. Awesome customer service and very friendly. i don't know what the basher are talking about. I drive 1:30 hours to get there> And i will keep doing it!

I live about 45 minutes away and I take the trip everytime! Everyone who works there are super friendly and fun vibes to be around. There are a ton of products to choose from here too, it’s a one stop shop for me 😊 Shoutout to Jess for being awesome

Came to this shop 2 days in a row at 11:30 waited and stuck around until 12:00 and no staff showed up - TWO DAYS IN A ROW! This place used to be my go-to #1. But now twice I left empty handed and with another hour drive ahead of me
