Big Smoke is hands down the best smoke shop to open in our entire area! They always have amazing product but what has kept me coming back is their incredible customer service. All the staff are warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. I can count on a super pleasant interaction every time I go in. I always leave with exactly what I was looking for plus a smile on my face. In these tough times, their extra effort to be kind to their customers sets them above the rest! I could not possibly recommend big smoke more!

I love coming here, I live far but still make the time to come to this store. I like the Hamburg location more than the other, they’re a bit nicer in this location and the prices are right there available not like the other location. I recommend the Hamburg location 💯

I don't know what Big Smoke the below reviewers visited but the Riverdale location is Great ! always greeted and helped with any questions. I drive out of my way literally 3 times a week just to stop here ! I pass multiple stores as close to walking distance and they close at 10pm, but I Drive out of my way to go here !! Def. recommend :) love being greeted by all the staff but especially, Orlando ;)

Total ripoff. NO PRICES ARE MARKED, ANYWHERE, Every time you visit, depending on how blasted out of their mind the staff is, you be charged a different price, especially with disposables and edibles. I don't know how any business owner can let his business be run by people stoned out of their mind constantly.
The flower price is the only steady price, everything else is on a whim and no price list anywhere.
