Imagine supporting a small business during a pandemic and you don’t look out for your employees health and safety of the community by being selfish and coming into work sick. The. Following that up with disapproval when they are the responsible ones by not going into work to spread the illness to the general public. Disgusting business practices. Do not support this business if you have any morals.

Updated review!!!!!!! Please read customers!!!!!!!!! I use to have a great experience with Nancy the manager of the store. As of the last 2 days I’ve been trying to return a defective vape device and the exact same manage is refusing a refund yet causing me of stealing even though I have a receipt. I called the next day for an owner number/ higher up number and she proceeded yo cuss me out and belittle me. Was a huge supporter of this store until 2 days ago. Spent a lot of money and it’s not ok for customers to be treated this way. I’m at a loss of 120$ after 2 days of a defective device!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've only lived in the Reno area for 6 months. I have never seen anyone that values customer service more than the staff at Cloud9. They are very energetic and always put a smile on my face!!! Keep up the amazing work guys!!!🤗

Bri was an amazing help! She new exactly what I was looking for, and was very calm and collected when it came to helping all the people patiently waiting! She deserves a pay raise with this company no doubt in my mind.

I liked it so much the first time I went back a second time. It's a small store but they have so much cool stuff that you find yourself mesmerised looking at everything! I love it! The prices aren't bad either!

Bree was amazing and helped me pick out the perfect hookah set for my boyfriend as a gift for our anniversary. She was so informative, personable and was honest about her recommendations! I’m defiantly coming back!

I wanted to quit smoking cigarettes so I went in to find out more. Nancy was very helpful and knowledgeable, she set me up with a nice little vape and a very tasty nicotine juice. The store is beautiful and clean with so much to chose from that I bought a new bong as well. The best part is I haven't had a cigarette since.

Don't shop here unless you know exactly what you need. Associate Jessica is not knowledgeable about products and has an attitude and makes you feel like you need to rush out. She talks on the phone having personal conversations telling someone she loves them. Made my visit very unpleasant and will never return. Owner Savi is a good owner and kind women and I know she is very busy but its important to hire people who will represent you positively. Im sorry to say Savi, as long as Jessica works for you, you will lose customers.

This place always has exactly what I'm looking for and the correct products for my vape. And all the staff if exceptional, kind, helpful, and actually knowledgeable about what they're selling. Definitely the best place to go even if I have to go out of my way to to get there. 12/10 will definitely come again.

One woman show right there. I think it was Jess? Anyways Whoever worked on thanksgiving day before noon was a GOAT. I had the worst morning tearing my house apart trying to find a battery and I was stressed about spending extra money just for a battery. I stumble into the store and my eyes only see the average priced batteries. But hold up, my girl Jess approached me with so much enthusiasm (I def couldn’t do that on a holiday) showed me some (cheaper than I thought) and I felt energized to spark uo some convo. Not only did I feel like my day got better but I realized that I can be thankful for so much more when someone like Jess not only does her jobs but makes sure she’s getting the extra stuff done before she can help herself. Thank you guys for being one of the only smoke shops open during thanksgiving !!!
