Cloud9 Vape & Smoke shop

I bought a couple of Smok Solus 2 devices from them about 6 weeks ago. When I bought the devices I asked if they stock the coils and the gentleman who sold them to us said oh yeah we sell supplies for all of our products.
I went back about 2 weeks later and they had zero coils for the device. I've called almost every week since and every time they tell me on the phone that they don't have any coils for it and they can never tell me when they will get them.
I asked if they had actually been ordered or not and they couldn't even tell me that. They have never once asked me for my contact information when I've called to let me know when they actually come in. This is why people buy this stuff off the internet instead of going to a local store.

Employees at the desk knew exactly what I needed for a scale, found me one in a color I liked very quickly while also having a pleasant conversation about the fall of Overwatch 2 and how microtransactions are ruining games.

Never had a bad experience there, staff has always been polite and have shown courtesy towards me. Cloud9 is my to go shop for all things vape. I will shop there any time.

The ladies Friday nights make it so inviting to come into the store always smiling and happy once you step thru the door. Highly recommend this place.

I stopped going to other places and will drive across town to get the right stuff with great service...this is how you run a vape shop.

First impression.: Wow, they have such a great selection of products! However, no one said hi when I walked in despite of not having any other customers in the store. I was looking for a specific item which was not available and instead of the clerk providing help with options, offered no assistance and made me feel rushed when I couldn’t decide. It’s a bummer to lose a customer based on an employee’s awful customer service and impatient attitude. I will not be back!

Great deals and they got you on anything you need! They always work out whatever your needs may be! The young gentleman and gal there are great as well! Much love to the people at Cloud 9 golden valley! I can't remember their names but They worked tonight 9/16/2020 so I want to make sure they get credit for their hard work!

This is the best, friendliest head shop in town. I live all the way in south reno and travel all the way across town to use this shop. Definitely my favorite by far.

Always clean, and staff is super friendly!
There are lemons in life and even in products, and everyone at cloud 9 is understandable and have always helped me with my faulty products.
Never had an issue here! 5 out of 5 would recommend!
