HIGH ROLLERS CIGAR: A Mixed Bag of Customer Experiences
If you're looking for a tobacco or cigar shop in Las Vegas, you might come across HIGH ROLLERS CIGAR. This shop is located at 4480 Paradise Rd and offers in-store shopping and wheelchair accessibility. They also accept debit cards, credit cards, and NFC mobile payments.
However, customer experiences at HIGH ROLLERS CIGAR seem to be a mixed bag. Some customers have had positive experiences, while others have had negative ones.
On the positive side, some customers have praised the shop's cleanliness and quick, attentive service. One customer noted that the shop has a "nice selection of cigars" and "plenty of options." Another customer appreciated the "polite customer service" and "good prices."
On the negative side, some customers have had issues with the shop's pricing and customer service. One customer claimed that the owner was "always rude to customers" and charged different prices depending on who the customer was. Another customer felt that the shop was overpriced and accused the owner of being a "scammer." One customer even claimed that the shop sold them a defective product at more than twice the retail price and refused to give them a refund.
Overall, it seems that HIGH ROLLERS CIGAR might be worth checking out if you're in the area and looking for a tobacco or cigar shop. However, it's important to keep in mind that customer experiences have been mixed, so your own experience may vary.

The owner of this store is Always rude to customers he's curt and will just demand "WHAT YOU WANT" his price on an item will change from day to day minute to minute depending on who you are. I watched him charge two dollars more for an item to a tourist than he did me. He refuses to do any returns on his defective products. Just states "it work when you leave store"what happened to retailers actually treating customers with courtesy and a little respect. This local business owner does none of that! don't frequent this establishment, this person doesn't deserve to own a business and profit in this community

Answers the phone! Not bad selection but not great. Prices are okay but it's Vegas so 25-50% more than you might be used to. Bring supplies or pay to play boys.

This owner is very rude and gets smart when you ask him questions about his products. Spend your money elsewhere.I dont think he likes people my complexion.

As a regular cigar smoker it was very disappointing. Very limited selection of cigars with NO large ring gauge in stock. The prices were extremely high compared to other cigar shops. The store is clean, nice selection of incense sticks. The butane lighters were an off brand I had never heard off.
Only in a dire emergency would I come back although itβs very convenient to Hard Rock Casino

Yep SCAMMER ... Great place to be a scam..Vegas.. Lost my ecig and was glad they were open so late. Like other reviews have said the owner acted like they had great prices, and service.. smooth player. I bought a so-called $200 battery out of package... I could have got online for under $50..but I foolishly didn't whip out my smart phone to price check etc.. How does anyone fight for a refund when many customers live out of state? People and businesses like this should be put out of business. Welcome to Vegas!

You'd expect that in an age where people can price check online from anywhere that b/m shops would stop trying to rip you off. Boy was I wrong.
Everything about the shop was pretty cool when I first walked in. Service was friendly. I asked for a new e-cig because I needed a replacement. The sales person then directed me to the Vmax e-cigarrete.
He said that it's normally $225, but he would give me a deal for $170, tax included, out the door. I asked why it was on sale and was told that it's because they ordered too many and were overstocked. I figured ok, this guy seems pretty honest...ok let's go with it. I also bought some e-juice for $6.00. Total price: $176
After I made the transaction and started using the Vmax, I noticed that it kind of sucked. The head piece had strings to feed the atomizer...most higher end ones are bottom loaders with no string. The digital screen was pretty crappy too. I decided to price check online and I sure was surprised.
Prices online ranged from $40-$60. I was stunned. I called them up and the guy told me that they charge so much since they have to pay rent. They offered that if I wanted to, I could come in and they'd give me two free e-juices. I asked them if I could get my money back and they said no cash refunds. I was there for work so I never got a chance to go collect the e-juices. I own a business, and I would never lie to my customers like this and mark up the prices the way they did. They straight up conned me and ripped me off.
Let this be a warning to you...double check prices before you go in here. They have no mercy and will use their price of rent as their justification on ripping you off.
