A nice place to go for my husband he quit smoking 4 years ago picked up a vape and hasn't looked back to keep it up I hated that cigarette smell it was horrible

I was so confused when I tried to order refills online. I went to Plumes and Leah helped me find accessories that fit my device, help recommend flavors, and sample flavors before I purchased them.
The prices are good and they have military discounts. I'll never buy online again

I went in the other day because I wanted to start vaping and stop smoking. Very helpful staff, especially since I am new to the scene. They are very knowledgable and let me try out different models to help me pick out the right one. After that, they let me sample some of the different flavors that they had and helped to find the right nicotine level and showed me everything I needed to know about the device. I kind of feel bad that I was in a little rush at the end of my visit to make it to work on time, but they handled it perfectly.
Ever since my visit, I haven't felt any cigarette cravings or withdrawals. I will definitely be back.

Patrick at the West store CARES so much. He goes so above and beyond it is a breath of fresh air. He is looking for something that can't be bought anywhere. He is great. I am a long time vaper & I went to the same place that wld make every wild excuse for everything that went wrong. Having the right tank & tools is so unique & subjective that they will make sure that you find what you need. I will only buy homemade in America juices so I know what is going into my body. The technology they have is amazing. Needing a little of one juice, to another that can mix what you need! Can't say enough & thank you Patrick! You deserve an award!! You truly are a gem & I hope they see that.

I visited Plumes for the first time today. The assistant manager took a full 45 minutes out off his day to explain things to me! You do not find customer service like that anywhere anymore. I will definitely be back.

I walk in the door and I instantly get 3-4 employees smiling and saying "Hello!" and waving. It's usually the best part of my day, Other vape stores don't even come close to Alohma. Anytime I've had my tank turned on to tight or a problem I could not fix they know exactly what to do and take care of it for me. When I buy a new product they will put it together for me right in front of me and give a detailed instruction on how to. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, 100% costumer satisfaction here!!! :)

I've stopped going to Alohma in the past few months, but not because I didn't like them. I stepped down on nicotine over many months and just don't find a need to do it anymore.
They were friendly people, excited to talk about vaping and vaping accessories. Loved the onsite mixing and flavor selection.

Outstanding selections of vape juices & vape accessories. And the staff is great! They're friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and they even remember my name. Using their house juices I even created my own called "Chuck worm".
I am biased tho. Since I quit smoking and started vaping two years ago, Alohma is the only Vape store i keep coming back to.

Best e cigarette store in Omaha, not only do they ensure each Customer is happy, they also show you how to operate your purchase to ensure satisfaction. Also, great juice selection. My store of choice.
