Very knowledgeable staff who are more than willing to spend time getting you what you need. As most popular shops, try and hit them up during non-peak hours though. I went in and there were a lot of customers. I didn't mind waiting, there are plenty of things to look at and friendly customers to chitchat with. Once it's your turn, the staff will give you as much time as needed to inform and sell you what you need.

Went in to get some coils and some juice. Bought the house juice (green apple) its pretty good. Not a whole lot of flavor but still decent. Very friendly staff and very good price. I'll definitely be going back to keep trying their juices.

Dont go to this location. They will not fill your vape bottle all the way. I bought 120 ml bottle and there was enough missing to fill a 30ml bottle.

Pricey when it comes to juice, but I found a cheap but good quality vape to hold me over until I could find the coil for my regular one. This shop didn't sell them so I have to go back to the old one for a replacement. Might not need it now though! These guys took care of me! And were a lot of fun. :)

Excellent, friendly staff at this location! They don't hover over you yet they are right there if you should need them, they are not overbearing and annoying. Have many of the great brands on hand and I can tell they are giving their best effort to keep up with their competitors. Will definitely be in again.

I've been to most of the alohma stores, the staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. This store blew me away. I had a very specific problem, one I have been trying to get corrected for months and the knowledge and customer service of the staff at this store worked the problem over and came up with a solution that has solved my problem and they never charge anything extra for their tech support and consultations. It's very easy to see why this chain is number 1.
