Employees friendly and knowledgeable about product but misleading about product warranties. No refunds or exchanges from Vape Escape.
First Voopoo Panda purchased stopped charging in two weeks. Second Voopoo one stopped charging in one week. Charger was correct size for product. Both leaked. Voopoo Manufacturer would only warranty one although both were within the 90 days warranty period. Cost of shipping was almost as much as product cost. Vape Escape price for Panda was $50. Second Panda purchased elsewhere was $26. Do your research.
