So I've been vaping for around 10 or so years but I was always hesitant to take it up a notch. I've visited every vapor store in Springfield and the owner took his time to explain all the details of higher tier vaping. Every time I come in here he's always super friendly and curtious often times going above and beyond to help me learn and even going so far as coiling my device for me. His prices are top notch and his juice is amazing, and trust me his high end mod devices are cheaper than the internet, it seems in today's day and age most people want to gouge you for money simply because you're naive about vaping but the owner here goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy when you leave. He's got a customer for life in me!

I've been a loyal customer since March. I came in to purchase a new device and juice for a upcoming trip today. I brought my 2 year old in with me on my hip as I have done a couple of times before because I dont leave her in the car especially when its 90° outside. As I was deciding on what product to purchase the sales associate said "technically we dont allow minors in here, so if you could ummm".. So I left promptly feeling pretty mom shamed. I went down the road to another vape shop. They had no problem with me having my daughter or taking the $147.63 I spent on new merchandise.

Okay, so i just want to start off by saying that I have been to many different Vape shops, and Vape Escape is by far the most informative and customer friendly Vape shop in springfield! Every time we go in we always have the best conversations with Rob and the other employees! They really take the time to get to know you and really take care of your every need. they can tell us exactly what everything does and how well it does flavor wise or cloud wise! Vape Escape is by far my favorite vapor shop in the Springfield area!
