I too would give this place a zero if it would let me. Been in the lebanon location on several occasions. Only one of those times did I receive any kind of "help". She was a very professional young lady. Unfortunately for the owner, on all other occasions I was either ignored or denied any purchases. Im a 43 year old woman. It's clear i'm over 21. Regardless of having the proper identification, I was denied any purchases by the short guy with poor hygiene that works there. He informed me that my teenage daughter had to come inside with me and show her i.d. to him before he'd sell me anything. I told him she wasn't 21, and as his sign stated, she could not enter. He continued to tell me it didn't matter. She had to show her i.d. to him. I was thoroughly confused and frustrated. I have never been told I can not purchase nicotine because my child, who was waiting in my vehicle, looked to be under the age of 21. Since when does it matter how old my children are on whether or not i'm allowed to purchase nicotine? I will most definitely NEVER shop at vapor world again!

Love this place! Everyone is pleasant to do business with. Jeff is the person that usually happens to be working when I come in, he's very helpful and always helps me when I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Told them exactly what I needed/wanted. Battery, coils & juice. After I got home I noticed the battery was the wrong size. Took it back within 24 hours and they said too bad. I stated, however, they had given me the wrong item. They said I can use a sleeve, I told them that battery will not last all day and it is not what I asked for.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. It's my favorite vapor world by far. What makes this one stand lit from all of the others is the staff. Specifically Ty❤️ She is so helpful so kind and so personalable. She knows what she is talking about and will give you the facts as well as her personal thought or experience. Best employee not only in this vapor world but in all of them. She is the reason I choose this location. I am at the lake or in Springfield, two towns that also have a vapor world, more than Lebanon but I come back to this store for that reason. Today for example I am moving some things out of town and made sure I stopped into the Lebanon shop for the five start customer service 🤗❤️😫🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 Big thumbs up👍🏼 From me!!!

Walked in guy was busy with one custyfound what I needed to see him wait on 8 people that walked on after us! Was never helped or even acknowledged will not go back for any reason worst customer service I have ever experienced would not recommend anyone shop here

Absolutely loved it here!! Best place around to get your vapor juice or a new set up! Knowledgeable and kind staff, will only go here!! Edited: just learned that the two people who worked here that I trusted the most to give me honest feedback, took the time to get to know my specific flavor choices, let me know of new juices they knew I would like and just generally look out for everyone they met, have been fired. I have absolutely no doubt that customer service will go down, care treated to the customers won't be nearly as personal, and I won't feel nearly as good shopping there in the future. Good going Vapor World, you just lost a customer!!

I recently visited this Vapor World because I was in the area a couple weeks ago. I'm originally from Moberly, No. I'm new to the cape community and am trying to quit smoking. The lady I worked with was such a huge help. Ty helped me chose a vaporizer that had adjustable strengths, and helped me pick out some awesome flavors. I've been to other vape shops but never purchased anything because I just didn't feel comfortable with what was being said. Ty you are absolutely amazing! Your customer service and friendly, welcoming smile will keep me coming back. I've never experienced the knowledge base Ty had in the other company I had visited. Vapor World you are blessed and lucky to have this woman. I'm impressed! Keep up the good work Ty. I'll be back to see you very soon!

Great experience 😀 Extremely happy with my new Vape! Large selection of fluids if you are not sure what fluid that you would like they will let you try until you find the one that best suits you. My husband and I have both switched from tobacco to Vape. It's not easy but that just means it's worth it. You have to set your mind to it & believe that you can do it. It helps to have support. 😀😀
