Just shopped here. Benjamin was behind the counter. I can't give a more glowing review of the service I received. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. This place has a huge selection and if it continues in this direction, this will be the place I go to for my nicotine needs.

Very impressed with the huge choice of juice flavors and mods in store. The staff is knowledgeable, and if there's a mix-up or misunderstanding, the owner goes above and beyond to make it right. I will be returning for sure, and I highly recommend you check it out.

Tayany Miner was the manager up until a few days ago. She loved her job and her customers. She always looked out for people's wallet and always made great recommendations and she always remembered everyone's favorite flavors of juice. She was one of the main reasons why I went to vapor world and she made me feel comfortable with shopping when I went it there. She is one of the most courteous and kindest people there and I think vapor world should hire her back and the reasons she was fired is jacked up bs. She is also one of the most responsible people I know. She always made sure her store was clean whether it meant really early morning or extremely late nights but she always made her store 1000% better. I really hope she gets hired back and the people who fired her for the bs reasons realize that they made a mistake. Good going vapor world. Unless Ty and Tyler get hired back on vapor world can consider my business taken else where. I'm almost positive that customer service will go down very quickly.

Stopped in there today to by a new MOD, tank, and juice. Had a great experience thanks to Jesse he explained everything about the products and helped me make the best choice for me and not for him or his company. With that said I walked out of the store a very satisfied customer and plan to come back to the store every time I pass thru here.

Terrible customer service, bought a vape pen and less than 24 hours it was broken. They would not exchange or refund and only pointed me towards the manufacturer. Also bought another vape pen in November that quit working after 4 months.

I stopped by the store the past few days since I’ve been in town just to compare to other vape stores within my area and the Lebanon store has some great service!!
