Both of the times I have shopped here I have received great customer service from Justin! They have a good selection, knowledgeable staff, and when there was a product I wanted that they didn’t have, Justin put an order in for it that day. Overall, it is a great local shop with a wide variety of products, friendly/helpful staff, and you won’t be paying ridiculous prices seen at most of the other shops in the northland!

From personal experience, I have nothing but great things to say about this business & the employees. Smokers Heaven is open EVERY day if the week & has great prices. The emoyees (3 of them) will treat every customer w/ respect and will give GOOD advice with what your "Cup of Tea" is. The Manager, Justin, is cool as F### & will make you feel welcomed. His two co-workers, the couple, will Also make your expience easy & quick! All three are awesome and I do strongly recommend this place. Smokers Heaven is 💯👌👀.

Don't buy a new device here unless you specifically ask if they have replacement parts. I've bought 2 here and I have to go anywhere else to get parts. I spent too much money here to have to give business to other places but that's where I'm at now.

We have come here before and had decent service. However, this particular night google and the signage at the store said they closed at 8. We only live a minute away so we pulled up at 7:30. The place was closed and not an employee was in sight. So unprofessional, just call before you pull up and make sure they are open. We won’t be back though.

bumped to one star from two because the owner was just rude in his/her response. It’s wonderful that you are receiving the award, but it would have been even better if you had at least took the time to post something on the door that said you would be out for the night.

My fiancee and I just happened to stop by this shop not too sure about what we needed to get for her PTSD and Fibromyalgia symptoms. They were so incredibly helpful and offered us a discount on a better product to help her symptoms because they knew we didn't have a lot of money. Needless to say we appreciated their help so much and will be regular customers!

To be clear, as a vape and head shop, this location is decent. However, a tobacco shop they are not. The employees were very young and not helpful. I would recommend this store for vape and glass, but nothing else. Don’t expect tobacco products and accessories.
