Don't buy their products. They don't guarantee them. I bought a disposable that won't charge. Is almost full of juice and I've only had it for a week. So because the product is faulty I should atleast get an exchange. It's not like I used the whole thing and am returning it. I deserve to be able to use what product I paid for. If I can't even use it why should I have even bought it?

Should be zero stars. Bought a glass piece, brought it home washed it, was dirty as heck. To find out when blowing the glass they made a hole in it. Took it back for an exchange, and was told to F Off. So I stated I should throw it on the store floor. Saled assistant stated to return Thursday to ask manager ? It's a factory error replace it or refund it. What a joke. Funny how they only reply to positive reviews, abd won't even try to fix the issues brought up. Useless, wasted 2 hours.

There's 3 people I've seen in there working that go above and beyond. Lisa and Brian and a younger blonde girl they're all sweet and funny people who give great recommendations every time. I'm a huge strawberry banana flavored person with disposables and they've given good ideas to try I've loved. I will stop in randomly to just say hello as well. Y'all are doing great

The prices are excellent here and the staff is even better... always friendly and helpful. It's a great shop in a convenient location. This shop has a great selection of cigarettes. And again- the people running the place are fantastic!

Me and Colleague came here from out of state on a business trip. We purchased two items that the workers were pushing to sale due to a promotion. The two workers in the store insisted that we test items out in the store to make sure they were working. Shortly after leaving, 30 minutes later after ubering back to our hotel. BOTH items stopped working. We called the store and explained, they insisted we come back to the store so that they can give us an exchange. It was a huge inconvenience to take the distance back to the store especially being there on a business trip. Once we arrived, we were not greeted. We were then treated very rudely by the female working in the store, we explained to her that we just spoke with a male over the phone and he asked if we can come back to the store for an exchange. The female worker aggressively started yelling that she is “the wrong one to talk to”, and any concern we have is out of her hands. We then waited patiently for the guy we spoke with over the phone, he proceeded to tell us he doesn’t do refunds or exchanges although he told us to come back to the store for an exchange. The female worker was visibly upset that we were pleading for a exchange after being not only inconvenienced but told to come back to store for an exchange. She also kept making rude comments stating that she would never give us the number to the owner although we never requested that. After telling us our concerns are out of her hands, her taunting tactic/ rude side comments continued. We were also falsely accused of possibly dismantling the item for a free item as they “have seen people do it”. We were never given an apology for the inconvenience. We were told over the phone that we would be granted a exchange, upon arriving the female worker TRIED to give us hell, incredibly unprofessional, immature, bad attitude to paying customers. We eventually were given a exchange after having to repurchase one of the items. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT spend your money at this place or step foot into a establishment that attempts to treat their paying customers poorly.

I have not lived in KC long. My first visit to this place left me coming back more and more! Lisa and Brian have the best customer service and retention I have seen in any smoke shop. They are knowledge on the products, and treat everyone with the same respect.

The three people I've seen held the upmost respect, they also made sure that my items worked before walking put. I recommended this store to a few friends because of the employee to customer respect. All of my friends who go will continue to go as long as people like these three exist to serve their customers with quality and care in mind, yall are the best!

Lisa and Brian are amazing workers at this location they are very friendly, they help you pick out anything your looking for, they don’t let you leave without being happy with your purchase!!! Great customer service I recommend this location…..

If I could give a negative review I would, the staff is absolutely disrespectful. Products didn’t work, and we were gaslighted after we brought it to their attention. Customer service is non existent here, so please be careful buying anything from this establishment.

Every time I come in this place I am acknowledged right away. They are always very helpful and show their appreciation for me buying here. Thank you for such great customer service in these difficult times for everybody!
