They are a rip off. They dont tell you there's a no return or exchange policy until after you buy an item that doesn't work and try to take it back ..then its yours ,you own it,once you paid for it ..if it works or not .👎👎👎👎👎👎..they told me i had to contact the manufacture..even though i just purchased it from them..called and took the item right back ..still screwed out of over 80$😤..then they told me that every smoke shop has this same policy so when spending a decent amount of money do some checking first..ask if it doesnt work can you do somthing about it!!

Poor attitude with the female behind the counter. Asked her if they carried an item, she said no, then went to leave and it was literally right there on the counter. Little more enthusiasm in a workplace goes a long way.
