The first few times I came here, loved it. The guy was knowledgeable and polite. At the time, I gave them 5 stars. Now, the level of customer service has hit rock bottom. No one!!! I mean no one ever smiles. They all act like they hate to be there. 9 of the last 10 times I have been in they didn't have ANY of the product I wanted, even after taking my name & # and telling me it should be in on a certain day. I've found other options & I suggest to whom ever reads this, so should you.

Bought an item here and when I got to my car and opened the box to see it was missing something. Went back inside and told the clerk that the box was missing a piece and was told "no returns or exchanges once an item is open" even though the box had no seal in the first place. Not to mention I was the only customer there, and the box stated it was to come with the piece it was missing. The clerk wouldnt even offer to pull the missing piece out of another box considering we paid for it and it wasnt our fault the box was missing anything. Horrible customer service.

Nico helped me out when I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for. Extremely knowledgeable about everything they have in the shop and even told me about their amazing rewards program. He also hooked me up with a great deal when I didn’t have enough cash on me to pay for everything in full. I’m definitely coming back. I can never go to another vape shop again after having such a good experience here. 10/10 recommend KC Fumes to anyone who needs any sort of vaping supplies.
