Really cool smoke shop in kc, they totally hook it up. Great service and and awesome selection of smoke products. Pretty decent prices and Ricky is really great with helping people stay within their price range, but with great quality. 10/10 will be back again!

Honestly I shouldn't of given them a star but I just wanted to let people know that the associates working at this store are unprofessional at their job and shouldn't be allowed to represent the name exotic. I was just in their a few days ago bought myself a sourin ishare for a good deal but it wasn't what I thought since the device its self was faulty. So I called them after I gotten off work asked if I could come in to exchange the device or trade it in. I was given the answer yes it'll be possible to do so but once I got their they told me I couldn't so I told the manager what the problem was as I'm telling you and so I said I was told over the phone I could but I was walking out and the manager had to make a petty comment by saying "be upset its on your receipt". I wasn't upset i couldn't exchange it but that the manger had to be unprofessional with his job.

Exotic Vape KC is quite simply the best place to go. There is no other option . Rocky is not only an excellent manager but an amazing person to the core. His associates are not only knowledgeable about every minute detail in the store and willing and able to answer any questions with enthusiasm. They are all very passionate and seem like the actual value their job.... it is reflected in their customer service. Like I said, there is simply no other option. Quite simply the best.

Great prices and amazing quality!! Kasey the sales manager is absolutely amazing and really knows his stuff!! Definitely a must go if you enjoy kratom. They even do shipping and wholesale pricing for bulk buy. Thank you Kasey for taking care of me while I was visiting Colorado! Wish we had your kratom here in KC.

This smoke shop is the best one I have found in KC. The employees really helped me find the vaporizer that I needed and were willing to work with my price range. As soon as I walked in I felt at ease and no pressure to buy something. Most smoke shops want you to buy something and leave right away but they helped me find my way around Kansas City since I am fairly new to town. An excellent business to go to!!!! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great product selections! Needs more staffing at times the place can get pretty busy. Parking isn't great, only street or alley choices. Easy to see from normal traffic. Whatever you want or need you will find something here! Definitely return often, stock varies and turnaround introduces unique options.
