I buy a ton of vape juice and have been going here for a while. Great customers service and great people working. I came in this afternoon to get some juice but I purchased a few last week and they gave me one that was menthol and I didn't want menthol juice. haven't even used it and came in to exchange for the one I asked for and they wouldn't do anything to help, on top of that the cashier that was working was extremely rude and unprofessional, all I was asking was to make things right and he told me if I am going to take my business somewhere else I should do that. I buy a lot of vape products and am at this store all the time. This one employee made sure that I no longer shop here. Never have I seen such horrible customer service.
