They have the nicest people working there. I have been going there now for a over a year and I will not go anywhere else. They are seriously the best! I cannot thank them enough!

Dr McEntire is very nice and great and getting back to people. His staff was also very nice. However my experience with an in person appt was not as great. Shawna assisted me in the process. She talked about how she hates when people want to do this stuff there self because this is her job and what she does all day. She took pictures of my ID and a pictures of me. Told me she would upload my documents and to check my acct later today. I checked it later today and everything is done except my documents aren’t uploaded. I called shawna, she said her plans were to upload my stuff but she’s busy with appointments. No problem. It would’ve been nice if she communicated that with me though. I couldn’t get my photos to upload, it kept giving me error messages. I called, couldn’t get a hold of shawna. I left a message that I just wanted a refund. She called me back and said “just so you know, you didn’t pay me for my services. You paid the state of Missouri. And my plans were to upload your pictures but I’m busy with back to back appointments.” I said I totally get it, but there was no communication. And I’m totally confused why she took pictures of my drivers license, and took pictures of me as well because “she had to get a good background otherwise the state of Missouri won’t accept these”. So if the state of Missouri is that picky then why didn’t you upload the ones you took. I’m just confused… but I’m excited to visit Dr McEntires dispensary.

Sadly, they would not honor a state approved caregiver card. This is the first place where we’ve ran into an issue. The purpose of the caregiver card is to allow someone else to pick up on your behalf. They expected my stage IV cancer riddled, bed bound father to come in to show proof of ID even though his patient identifiers are listed on the caregiver card.

Even when showing all of the state of Missouri documentation, all forms of ID, they wouldn’t let us pick up our online order because it had to be my father to place the order under his name and pick up. We went to another store, shared this experience, and they took the time to print out our card and laminate it for ease of use for next time.

Out of all of the dispensaries in the city, this one is by far the fastest. I have only had to wait in a line one time and the line was three people long. They have a pretty wide selection of flower products. Super friendly staff & security. Also love that the security makes sure people make it to their vehicle at night safely. Been recommending to everyone !!!

My first visit was so smooth it was effortlessly fun! They had many choices but also were still expecting to get more of a variety of items in. The set up was great. Checking in and out was easy. I was also escorted to my car.

I've been to several dispensaries in 4 different states now. If you've never been, I highly recommend this place as a first stop. Friendly, helpful staff made me feel right at home and like I was shopping with friends. Kaia answered questions I didn't even know I had a well as made some excellent personal recommendations. Really appreciate my experience. I hope they get carts soon, but even without that, they have pretty good prices and a nice selection of items. Lovely place, stop in for your medicinal needs.

Every time I come in the staff is amazing! Today, I bought 2 of each flavor Wynk THC & Seltzer - Lime Twist, Black Cherry Fizz, and Juicy Mango. They deliver as promised! Crisp & refreshing, they’re perfect for the warmer days ahead… looking forward to making a Mango Wynk slushie, mixing up my version of a Cherry Lime-aide, and exploring different flavor combos ;)

Everyone was really friendly and upbeat. The environment was very welcoming. Prices were worth the drive....PLUS received a first time visit discount. Will definitely be receiving my business again!!!

Best dispensary in KC area by far! Super friendly staff, knowledgeable budtenders, variety of stock, great prices and expanded hours. What more can you ask for? They really go above and beyond to make sure their patients are taken care of. Great place! Go see them! 😁
