Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Scientific explanations, no upselling or trying to get you to buy something you don't need. Fantastic customer service in general. Decent selection for MMJ being so new to MO. Cash or ATM transactions only so plan accordingly. Really wish they had one in the Northland but for now, worth the drive from KCI area

So very disappointed at todays experience. I bought an 1/8 of Flora Farms Bubba Fett and got home and it has only one flower in it…not even a gram. The C4 wedding cake is not wedding cake but bubba fett. I recommend not leaving until you check everything before they staple the bag. Big loss for me and somebody gained well as they don’t seal their packages. They could at least put the sticker on the top so if somebody did get in the package you would know. It makes i too easy to steal. Every other state is required to have those pouched sealed!!! C’mon Missouri, do it right.

I went to place in lees summit and this one. My mom took me and waited in the car. Releaf had the best customer service. They helped me find a strain to try and it did help with my pain. Now i need something for anxiety. So i definitely went back. The security gaurd helped me to my mom car. We had a little chat while i got in the car. Even everyone inside were helpful since i use a walker. The quality of product is great it didnt take much to get the pain relief. I just want to say thank you
