The staff is always pleasant, knowledgeable, and have great product knowledge. Nice relaxing atmosphere with plenty of room to sample flavour oils. Great service all around.

For the most part i like this place the owner is super nice but everytime i come in if this one guy is there he always seems to run to me before anyone else and stares at me even when im with my husband it makes me uncomfortable and we baught a coil each and he gets mine from a new pack and gets his from under the counter. Now idk where they keep their stock etc but tell me why my coil is fine and his was stripped ....idk....you need to be professional not try to get all giddy over a girl....if i go back i can garentee if this guy walks up to me he better get me someone else to help me...im very dissapointed....

Associates were willing to answer questions but with a chip on their shoulder about it. Selection was ok, No CBD available although it IS legal in MS now. I will not be returning.

I don't think this particular vape store is very helpful, I went in and wasn't greeted ignored for a while probably because they thought I wasn't gonna buy nothing, surely enough I spent $240 on stuff I didn't know how to work because of the poor explanation they would rather blow clouds of smoke, and act like they were so stressed believe me I work in a place way more stressful but I greet everyone who comes through the door like family. Smile and take care to their needs in whatever, but definitely not bead my eyes like are you gonna buy something or I'm just gonna go back to blowing clouds!
Advice go buy some premium liquid. Because they sold me an expensive vape and nasty juice, which made me hate the vape. Until I went to another random vape store didn't buy but $30 worth of liquid from them but was treated 9 times better than the "cool" vape! Customer satisfaction is way better than being cool!!!
