Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They took their time with me and asked me questions about what I was looking for which is important of course. I really appreciate them making me feel not rushed at all. This store is clean and the environment really nice. I highly recommend it!

Super nice staff! Huuuuge selection of juices too. They have comfy couches where you can hang out and try some of their different juices. I ended up with a brand that's new to me and maybe my new favorite!

Absolutely fantastic staff and a huge range of options. I was switching from cigs to vape for the first time, and like others have said, they didn't try to sell me expensive gear, but the perfect gear for me based on what I told them of my smoking habit and flavor preferences. They took their time, let me sample several flavors until I found the one I wanted, and took very, very good care of me! Overall, the service was stellar, and I will most definitely be back.

Excellent customer service, they were very helpful. Had great products and prices. I will definitely be back. Thanks for the influence on the buttered caramel e juice, it's the best. I was looking for salted caramel they didn't have that but wow, I love the buttered caramel!

I can't say enough great things about this place. When I went in, I was immediately greeted and asked how I could be helped. The employee took the time to show me several different devices, and after I'd selected one, he gave me a brief tutorial on how to operate and maintain my new vape. He never once tried to steer me in the direction of the most expensive option lime most vape shops. I was impressed with the large selection of devices and vape juices....and my teenage daughter appreciated being able to watch Harry Potter while she waited. I love my new device, and highly recommend this store.

Rarely do I come across a store or business that even has mediocre customer service. Today, I walked into this store and had amazing customer service. Brad was quick to greet me and took care of everything I needed and make me feel like I'd been there 100 times even though it was my first time there and I don't even live in the area. I will make sure every time I am close and need anything vaping related, I will come here. I'm sure there is nothing I'll ever need that they will not have.
