As if the MN medical program isnt bumpy enough, Rise adds their own nonsense. I was told i will not be able to get my meds due to not having a consultation (for a product i have purchased before), was told no available consultation for over 2 days... Wow! The consultations are always a quick less than 5 minute call but rise is too big of a booming company to make the call in an efficient amount of time. I ended up calling back today and speaking with someone else. They were extremely nice and ended up getting me a call with the doc within an hour. In the end im getting my meds today because I had to be persistent. I shouldn't have to press to get my meds, the stay has enough obstacles in the way. They should just want me in the door and to get medicated.

Need more curbside pickup locations and better staff up front. Not friendly and no curbside parking available. Ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 25 minutes before calling them back and seeing what’s going on. Ridiculous!

By far the slowest employees at any of the Rise Cannabis locations in the state.
This location is not understaffed. Not sure if the employees are getting too stoned in the back or what is going on here. I've been to all the other locations when they are much busier than when I visited this location. Most likely the last time I will be a customer at this location! Not a happy customer 😐

Why is the cost of your product 2x what it is in other states? Vape is dark which means it’s broke down and old. Flower is not dried correctly and still has a lot of moisture…..of course that means your 1/8 is not a true weight….more profit for you😡. THC levels in the product are extremely low and product is inferior compared to the other states I have visited. Customer service(five stars for them) is awesome and the staff is always friendly. I am sure they have to listen to all the complaints so kudos to them for being so pleasant. I wish there was more competition, it would make you honest with your product and prices. I can’t wait until recreational passes in MN so pricing and competition are fair instead of being driven by greed. DON’T BOTHER WITH THE FORM RESPONSE. WE DON’T HAVE BUT TWO CHOICES TO PURCHASE FROM SO WE ARE SCREWED🥴!!!!!!!
