The atmosphere - when it's not busy is really serene, everyone especially Lydia was very helpful she signed me up for rewards program as a 1st time patient, i ordered everything online and arrived for pick-up in store. Everyone was really nice and welcoming, since this is up the street frm my job I will definitely be a frequent flyer here. Thank you for all you do, to make life better.

The staff here is amazing! Always greet me by first name when I walk into the door. Orders are always ready on time or early. Their flower is superior to Green Goods - by far. Not their fault MN Medical Program is so restrictive but even then, they offer weekly specials and discounts to help with cost. Also - dog friendly!!! 5/5

I always have an excellent experience at Rise! The employees are always very friendly. The only good thing about Covid is it created the need for curbside pick up. I love curbside and have not been inside since before Covid.

Edit: owner responded and made it right. Also, it's not the dispensary's fault that they can carry a limited amount of edibles since it's legislatively mandated which is ridiculous!!!
Staff is great but prices are incredibly high, specials and vouchers help. I wish they'd get more edibles in a variety of flavors, like chocolate bars. I wasn't impressed with the prerolls of the dog walker and prices of flower is out of my league. More variety.

Went to Rise today and felt so comfortable wen I entered Audra and Lydia made me feel so welcome seeings how it was my first time at the Eagan location! Those ladies absolutely made my day!!! The place was so clean and inviting. Will for sure be coming back!!

Love the place. It feels and looks professional compared to the other dispensary located in the twin cities. Very pleasant experience at first consultation. I would definitely recommend this company over others, just wished they had something south of the river towards Shakopee and beyond.

No handicap parking in front of building. Spots reserved for car side. I have sent 4 emails to customer service without any response what so ever! Terrible customer service
