I have been going to this smoke shop for several years & this is the first time the staff was not friendly! He was very rude about my mask! Just because my mask was not over my nose, he said he could see my nostrils but it was only the top on my nostrils, he stated that if I didn't pull my make up over my nose he would void my sale & make me leave! I have never seen him in there before so I believe he is new. The reason for my mask being in that position is so I'm still complying with the mandatory mask order & still able to breathe because I'm claustrophobic. No other store has had an issue with the way I wear my mask! Also in the mandatory mask order there is a clause about exemption for medical reasons but apparently this guy doesn't care or know about that clause!

Best staff of any store of any kind I have ever been to. Very helpful, real, genuine people.

Super helpful and friendly staff! Very knowledgeable about their products as well. My husband had found some vape juice he loved and suggested that they get some. Sure enough - next time he went in - they had it. Way to go above and beyond for the customer and listen to what they like!

This was the first vape shop I visited when I moved here and I've been in a few times now and haven't needed to find a new one, place is awesome and the staff is friendly

I bought a gene voopoo there 3 months ago and it's already broken. The shop itself is great. I just don't recommend any gene products

I was a valued guest who used to love shopping here multiple times a week. Whenever I needed anything, but today i happened to get ID’d by the same guy who ID me the last couple of times. I made a comment to my girlfriend that the bald guy always ID’s me. I asked him if he could not ID us next time. He told me I could leave the store if I was going to be rude. (I will admit I called the dude bald. But what’s a little honesty?😌) I apologized and asked to see an item. He continued to help us, he even took out the displays for us! I told him, “it wasn’t necessary to pull those out but thank you!” I was ready by the register when he turned to his boss and asked him to “Deal with them because they are being rude”(bald guy). I didn’t understand because we were just looking and it seemed we had all moved passed it already due to the fact that he was still helping us. I continued to apologize again, when they did not deserve my kindness. The boss then asked us if there was an issue and my girlfriend said “no sorry we are just looking” then he told us to come back a different day. We made no objections and headed straight to the door. On our way out he said “next time learn to be polite and humble.” I am very angry at this point because I don’t know why I was being kicked out & didn’t want to cause a scene so left angrily. I will tell you this Smoke Shop, our money is going somewhere that deserves us.

I understand it is the Shops right to ID anyone. It was a comment because I know if he knows I am over age he doesn’t need to ID me. He had no reason to be rude and not want to ring us up after already helping us. As a business owner myself I would say you shouldn’t work in guest service if you can’t handle a little rude comment. & the dear business owner of the smoke shop. You should have seen what the situation was or had your other employee ring us up before kicking us straight out.

Really nice employees, helped me solve a problem with my vape that ended up being relatively simple, but could've easily been overlooked by someone with less experience than them. Great prices too!!
