The shop did have a good selection of items and one of the employees were knowledgeable. But the other employee was rude almost lost a sale in fact I almost returned the item after the purchase because he was rude filthy looking and acted like you knew what he was talking about without realizing he doesn't know anything.

super friendly patient guy that helped very well trained on the products and knowing what is for what and etc i told him something i was kinda looking for and he showed me several ideas even though they were really busy he dusted off and cleaned the thing i bought bubble wrapped and then double bagged it for me without asking so it didn’t break on accident huge selection of products the only thing is there’s two sides with two separate entrances and you gotta ask them to go in the other side just a fyi to those who didn’t know like me

Fantastic smoke shops with top notch merchandise. Employees are fantastic. Knowledgeable, nice, and attentive. The west Duluth location is far bigger, very impressive wares, but put the two locations together and it's the best shop of it's type I've ever been too.
