I bout a vape from there. It just leaks juice everywhere. Looked it up online and it’s a common problem. I called them asked to come exchange it and pay the extra for a better product. They told me no. They could give me a small discount on a new one. Me and my father spend 100s of dollars on cigars a month there. Not anymore.

Customer service is top notch. Prices are great and staff is knowledgeable. I try not to go anywhere else!
Revised 2020 : The employees have no control over if people wear masks in the store or not. The employees have ALWAYS worn masks (since the pandemic rules were put into place). I have heard them politely and professionally remind customers about putting on their masks. I, personally, have never had an issue with other customers not wearing masks.The store has the proper signage stating that it is required by the state. I’m curious though, isn’t it against the law for them to “force” anyone to wear a mask, since the only reasons people don’t have to are medical reasons?
And I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now, the prices have not changed. 😂🤷♀️

This place is awesome! The guy that works there is fantastic.. he never gets irritate when I have 100 questions!! Friendly and responsible in price. I live in Forest lake but make the drive to blaine at least a couple times a week!

The selection is amazing. The owner is super sweet and chill. The staff are crazy helpful, funny and friendly!

I went in and the experience was nice. Ive been to spots like this all over the twin cities and other states and the customer service was good. He let me know where specific pieces were and the quality of them. Fair priced and to top it off he gave me a pop on the way out on the house. Things like that make me want to support small businesses in the community. Ill be going back again.

Terrible experience here! The Cashier, I believe his name was Iyad, was rude with an inflated ego! If my experience is indicative of how they treat all their customers, I am surprised they are still in business!

If I could give 1000 stars I would. This place is beyond amazing. My first two visits Derek was the associate to assist my husband and I and got fantastic customer service. Then this evening brought my mother to this location and we had the pleasure of Iman assisting. My mother feels it’s worth the trip from Burnsville.
