I believe that was the owner I meet today. He was very consistent and has perfect customer service!! Always greeting every customer that came in the door with a hello and smile!! The best part , they give you a free drink after every purchase!! Along with a card for points. Can't beat that no where!! I will surly come back here again.

Such a welcoming place. I have been coming here for a while and love it! The boys here are always a blast, however, being a girl, sometimes it is nice to have a girls opinion. So i am glad they finally got one. She is very sweet and has helped me with quite a few decisions here. Derek (the owner) is very welcoming as well. Always greets his customers. Overall a very great place with great, reliable product.

Amazing customer service from the pair shaun and ahmed this past year.They are great workers who you can always count on to help assist you with your needs. They are great example of employees that represent the atmosphere greatly and bring nothing but positive vibes. 10/5 stars 😹🤝

I’m posting this after debating on posting for a couple days now but I have been going to this tobacco store for 4 years because I always had a good experience there, like 3 months ago I started purchasing rainbow esco bars which is literally my favorite but the last month or so they started tasting like burning plastic . I’ve been buying them enough to know that is not how they should be tasting. The first time someone exchanged it for me because I’m a regular and rarely EVER complain. This last time however was HORRENDOUS. When I told the lady it did not taste right she was super rude about it , told me I had to contact the manufacturer which is literally impossible . So basically it was $30 down the drain and then purchased a different brand and that one also tasted like burning plastic. I just sucked up my pride and went to a different e-cig shop today and got the same exact esco bar and it tastes perfectly fine , is cheaper and the guy was super nice when I explained my situation so I found my new shop but this shop unfortunately lost a long time regular customer .

I used to love coming to this shop, most of the employees were very kind and helpful. My experience today was almost night and day. Maybe I’m picky but I only like one flavor of a certain ecig and the last few weeks a majority of them have been burnt out. The folks that helped me the last four times (yes, four times in the last two weeks) were extremely helpful and let me try different ecigs of the same flavor to find one that wasn’t burnt out. Today the one I tried was burnt and the attitude I got from the woman employee was absolutely uncalled for. I guess the policy changed in the last few days that I’m unable to trade any ecig, whether burnt out or not, as long as it hits. I understand a change in policy or even the fact that maybe not all employees knew it or enforced it, but the way the girl treated me and talked to me just completely shocked me. I’m sad to say I’ll no longer be going to this shop and I’ll make sure to let friends and family know, as well. It’s sad that one bad experience had enough power to ruin any opportunity for me to want to go back. Why tell people to try them before leaving the store if you aren’t willing to switch them out to ensure the customers satisfaction?
