The staff there is above superb. The selection of different vape brands/juices is extensive. There is usually great deals and always great prices. I will go out of my way to give this family ran business my money! Best in Apple Valley without a doubt!

Complete incompetence of customer service skills by what I think are either the owners or family of the owners!! I will not be going back here I have had more then one very unpleasant experience shopping here!!! I usually try and give a place more then one chance on the basis of maybe it was just an off day, but Iโm sorry to say the middle easterners that work here are just mostly flat out RUDE!! There are however a couple workers the young man with dreads for example excellent customer service so anyway I would say to him he should find elsewhere to work and everyone else to shop elsewhere if you want a good place to spend your money !!!

When employees start treating customers like family I really get confused to where Iโm really at, I start to wonder if I am at surprise birthday party are by 23rd can Sierra or buy 23rd Bar mitzvah. Dial please add the store I know for a fact are nicer then mother Theresa. Some days I dream about winning the lottery and just buy everything in the store three times over to show my appreciation for all the love I receive every time I walk into the store. Before I came accustomed to the store I am always thought the places with the best customer service where Chick-fil-A in Disneyland but I promise you this store gives them a run for their money. Habibi Thank you for making my day every time I come in. I pray that the owner receives the highest metal this country office L a whole organization behind the store every employee lives a long and prosperous life amen.

I go here all the time... The staff is always super friendly and helpful I smoke e cigs but felt I needed to get a mod... And they set me up with a nice kit at a very good price. They have a wide variety of e liquid or e juice. I highly recommend this smoke shop for everything you may need.

The rudest customer service experience Iโve ever encountered. Was trying to ask questions about product before driving all the way there, and he was incredibly short and rude.
