Like so many reviews mention, this store is nicely laid out, always clean, always open on time, and has a wide array of products with several options in different price tiers for each. The owner is knowledgeable, polite, and patient. He keeps his stock updated, shops for better deals, and passes his savings to the customer. I will always drive the 25 minutes it takes to get there.
Don't listen to the scammers trying to buy the wrong product against his advice then trying to return it against return policy for a more expensive item. You run into these people in every business, and I can't imagine them being handled unprofessionally.

WOW! I just moved to GR and had been looking around for a good shop, I stumbled upon GR Cloud and decided it was a good fit for me. I walked in and immediately felt welcomed and helped. They (being Shawn the owner and a nice woman behind the counter) were so accommodating and helpful. the prices were reasonable and you definitely get a quality product. I’ve been coming to GR Cloud since they first opened and Im always impressed by how much their selection grows with each visit. GR Cloud always has the freshest stuff on the market no matter what you are looking for. Beyond the wide selection I always run into the owner when I visit and he consistently strives to provide excellent customer service! Always answers any questions I have and makes great recommendations! Ive recently moved to Lansing and I always make the trip back to Grand Rapids over finding another store to shop at. Customer for life.

This place was amazing! Excellent selection of glass and the owner/employees are all about their customer service! I told him that it was a bit of a drive for me when I went in and he threw in some free stickers and papers. 100% best experience in a smoke shop, 10/10 will not go anywhere else ever again.

This shop has a new owner and he is OVERCHARGING over retail prices on puffco products . I would avoid this shop. He was also on his phone yelling at what I assume was his wife . I am very disappointed Shawn sold this establishment to this FOOL!!

Update 9/25/2020..... bought a new rig and it broke within a week. I came in and we believe it was my fault using the female end of a titanium nail, weakening the glass. Lucas was more than helpful! Of course I didn't get a new rig for free but he definitely made it worth it with some accessories. Thanks again guys!

Sean is extremely knowledgeable on just about everything he carries in store. Always willing to work with me, and very generous. The shop is top notch, and clean. Not like other shops with junk everywhere, Sean has made a nice welcoming environment to browse. Overall this local business is top notch if you're looking to purchase anything in relation to smoking. I buy from here constantly, and will continue to do so.
