Been going here almost 10 years. I couldn't imagine purchasing my vape and waterpipes anywhere else. The owner is always there and he's so nice. Very knowledgeable in his field and not pushy. Doesn't try and upsell you and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. Something I really appreciate. Also a great clean selection that hasn't been sitting in dusty shelves like some other stores I won't mention. Haha

Wonderful experience . Talked to the owner , Phillip , and he walked me through everything I needed to know for dealing with pain caused by lung cancer . He was patient and kind and answered all of my questions and made me feel so confident in purchasing what I ACTUALLY needed instead of just tying to make a sale . 10/10

I don't normally give out 1 stars, but my first and only experience with this shop has left me with a sour taste in my mouth.

We just moved to the area, and were looking for a spot close by to our home. This place was the closest so we figured we would check it out. We have been to many different Vape/Tobacco shops, and most are chill, helpful, kind, understanding, and have an overall pleasant demeanor. This place was nothing like that...

As soon as my partner and I entered the shop, we noticed nobody on the floor. Not a big deal. A few moments later, we see the cashier, who I am assuming was the owner come out out from the back. His demeanor and tone in his voice when greeting us seemed a little hostile. He looks us up and down and says hello, and I say hello back and ask him how he is doing. He looks us up and down and doesn't respond.

My partner inquired about what we assume was a tumbler for hash, and the guy seemed huffy about it. He says "what are you talking about? My partner replied "The vent?" Guy responds, "What?" My partner: "The blue box." The guy in a not so nice way was like, "You mean the tumbler? What about it?" My partner then replied, "Oh, just assumed it was something else. Sorry" Guy doesn't respond.

Next order of business, we ask if they sold glass for vape mod tanks, he looks at us in a exaggerated and annoyed way, and says, "Yeah" sarcastically. We then say, "Okay, cool, do you also sell vape mod tanks?" He looks at me in a "Um, are you dumb?" Kind of way and says, "Yeeaaahh", again, in a rude and exasperated yet sarcastic manner.

Never once did he ask what we wanted or needed, or how could he help us, and was right on the floor with us, like maybe a foot away, on top of us essentially, acting annoyed and upset as if we had done something wrong.

We then just said, "Ya know what? I think we are just going to go." The guy doesn't even ask if there was something wrong, nor did he act like he cared.

The man running the shop in general seemed irritated, and upset by our presence. Was absolutely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional.

I don't know what was wrong.
We don't know what the guy's deal was.
I don't wanna make assumptions, considering alot of the reviews of the new owner's attitude seems to be negative, but, needless to say, they were spot on.

We are never coming back here again, and will advise our friends anyone in the area who vapes or uses tobacco like products or anything else to AVOID THIS SHOP.

Yicks!!!! I have gotten a elf bar from the owner who talked me into it, was very nice. The younger kid working there who has helped me the last few times has been decently nice, and trying to help fix the issues. I was having issues with elfbars. Specifically the one kind, he suggested which I never said any of this was his fault. He was extremely rude to me telling me things in life don’t go as planned, “like the election,” and how maybe I should just quit smoking!? From a SMOKESHOP worker? Hahahah! Impressively bad customer service. Too bad I thought I found a smoke shop here that wanted a loyal customer. Knowing the elfbar issues was not their fault and explaining I understood that and just calling to see if anyone else has had issues telling them I plan to buy another one anyways and him telling me he’d give me a whole case? “The issue wasn’t my $20.” Just that, in a retail perspective and how much people smoke and how that’s the best seller. Then continuing to argue with me after I told him I wasn’t trying to get free things I was just concerned about how the vapes work since I’ve used them in the past and have never had this issue. So it’s probably just from the case I got. All my years of customer service I have NEVER. That child needs a filter.

Stopped on on the way to a couple festivals. Owner was knowledgeable and very friendly. He had an awesome array of supplies for any smoking needs you may have. From hookas, one hitters to being an authorized puffco dealer this shop has it all!! 10/10 high recommend. I will be back when I'm in town.

Popped in for something very small and to check out a local place. Clean shop, friendly owner. Super welcoming and will most definitely be coming back!

Im a delivery driver, today 10/4/22 did a delivery to gr cloud and phil abraham cursed me out and tried to belittle me, i asked him if he was joking but he continue with his denigrating comments
Dude always had a condescending tone and weird attitude, certainly not the type of person anyone wants to deal with
