personally witnessed the employee laugh at a lady. the disrespectuful employee then was very rude to the lady, I thought the customer is always right, I guess you are bad business . from what i witness all she wanted was to be resepected. and be taught about a product she bought only a few days earlier. she got yelled at by employee. and I watched the owner walk out condoning the employees behavior
