Fully Worked Smoke & Vape Shop

First time going here and I absolutely loved how knowledgeable and honest they are. Extremely friendly and professional. Definitely would recommend going there and their prices are great too. I mean when you walk into a place and they greet you like friends, that's a place worthy of your money and time ❤️.

Sadly, I tired giving this shop a chance, but I will NEVER be back due to the rude staff. The battery was defective on the device I purchased and when I went to return it I was informed there are no returns. Yes, my mistake, but I was okay with the battery replacement they were offering so I was surprised when the guy helping us went from already having a bad attitude to unprofessional, rude and condescending. If you want to shop where they only care about the sale while hocking old, broken merchandise stop in here today.

I came in as a first time vape buyer the other day and they were so thorough on information to make me comfortable with my purchase. Unfortunately after a day - my mod starting acting up and I tried every YouTube recommendation, Reddit advice and Google search before I gave them a call to ask for help right before closing time. The owner was so understanding and guided me every way he could over the phone to help, but I had to bring it in for him to see for himself.
I came into the store at a busy time during lunch hour, but he was "on top" of my situation while helping out a store full of other customers with ease and my time there was very minimal because he understood I was pressed for time on my lunch. He gladly exchanged my mod for another without question and I couldn't be happier!
It's very rare you find a small business like this that go above a beyond for their customers - no matter the situation or issue.
I'll be back time and time again to get my delicious eliquids, coils and upgraded mods and I put them at the top of my list of recommendations if your looking for tobacco products and an exceptional price.

My friend likes this smoke shop because the guys who work there are super chill. I went based off of his suggestion today to go pick up the Smok Nord, and the guy who helped me (I wish I would have gotten his name, super nice guy, possibly a manager) assisted me in everything from suggesting what coil I should use and what vape juice I should use based on how much I smoke. It was extremely helpful, because I did not know enough about the difference in the coils or liquids. Honestly, if I had enough time I’d probably just go in there and hang out because the guys who work there are so kind and cool. That shows you how good their customer service is, and it’s much appreciated since a lot of places don’t provide that kind of one on one service, let alone care to ask you how you’re doing. So thank you, for giving me a great experience and being so helpful!

Great store, great selection, with the hands down best prices around! I've even shopped online and they not only compete, they generally beat online look ups.. staff is friendly and don't breathe down your neck for a sale, which is a nice change of pace...

Guys are really cool guys. Always have what I'm looking for. Even if they don't have a specific juice that I'm looking for, they always give me a reccomendation and I have never bought a bad juice from them. All my kids are running strong.

Everytime I come in here I never have a problem with anything. Staff is amazing and are very nice and will help with just about anything. Shop is always stocked with everything and prices are very fair. Highly recommend this for beginners.

Great prices and great staff, tons of inventory, not like a typical local vape shop, they actually have a huge selection bigger than any other vape shops I've been to in West Michigan.. and not to mention the amount of glass they have :) .. prices for every budget and really cool / helpful dudes!
