I started coming to The VapeWay when I moved back from Colorado in mid July. To say I had high expectations would be an understatement after frequenting most of the shops in downtown Denver. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service and amount of knowledge the staff had about every device they sold. Their juice selection and the way they present their menus in the shop was very impressive as well. No other vapeshop I have been to has every juice they sell with the flavor profile listed out in an easy to read menu format. Every other shop I've been to just throws you the companies menu and tells you to read through it. At The VapeWay you can take your time looking through the menus as the staff guides you to juices they think will fit your vaping needs. Don't listen to the hateful reviews on here, sounds like other vape shops in the area aren't too happy that their customer service can't live up to The VapeWay.

I spent over 400 dollars on a top of the line dripper and they gave me a bad battery when trying to trade in the battery they said they wouldn't take it because of a nipple dent on the end. Waited around for awhile for them to call management and they said 10% off a new one... pathetic, talk about bad customer service on there part. 14 dollars for a new one its not even about the money just the fact that I spent so much and they wouldn't even take back a bad battery. Really horrible customer service concept. They lose all my service in the future for that.

The environment , quality of the items are high quality,decently priced and the employees help the guests find what there looking for but also great teachers for beginners or experts. The staff are very friendly. I go there on a regular basis and it's really enjoyable for me .

By far the best vape shop for the south coast. Go in ask for MATT or BEN, these guys are the best. If you have questions THEY have the answer. Any problems with your mods they do the best they can to fix it or have a solution for it. Their customer service is above and beyond.

I just went for the first time recently. Matt was working, and gave each customer the attention they needed, myself included. He had a hard to find juice I wanted. Even though it is discontinued, he offered me an alternative flavor for when I run out. I will definitely be going there again

Love this place!!! I have been there quite a few times in the past and always have an EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! I went there yesterday and today, both days I came in a half hour before before they closed and yesterday I was there 45 after closing and today 30 minutes after closing because I take FOREVER choosing and both days they said "don't worry about it, take your time"...that has NEVER happened anywhere!! Awesome selection of mods, tanks, rda's, RTA's beginner kits etc...and especially e-juice! And you can try all the juice! (i think that is what takes me so long). The customer service is second to none... All in all, don't waste your time going anywhere else! The Vape Way is by leaps and bounds the very best!

The VapeWay prides itself with great customer service and a knowledgable staff. With success comes hatred so apparently The VapeWay is doing something right. As far as the juice being watered down The VapeWay only buy premium quality just and they don't make their own like OTHERS in the business. So if you want excellent customer service and quality merchandise at competitive prices go see the staff at The VapeWay.

Knowledgeable staff, friendly environment, seven locations! largest collection of juice ive seen anywhere local! so many devices ! stick mods, salt devices, thc and cbd capable devices some locations have pipes, bongs, rigs, grinders batteries for cartridges! Everything you need!
