I have spent allot of money at this store. And at one time they had a great manger that would order the juices I use, they don't carry. But as of today I will never shop here again! They sold me a damaged battery charger 2 weeks ago, I brought it in today for replacement, and they said sorry there's nothing we can do! Knowing the manufacturer has a year warranty, they can easily send back. No! I ask to talk to owner, the so called Manager said no he already hung up! Never buy anything from a place that doesn't back there device's of any kind! Totally unprofessional!

They sold me a Novo 3 that was broken with an already burnt pod. They said it's a great product that needs only a little juice and care. But so far all the pods seem to be doing is leak everywhere and on everything. I have to clean my vape 3 times a day due from the juice leaking.

Rarely are they out of stock on coils or juices. Every now and again, as with all business, you may have to wait on a delayed order or over demand. Staff os always knowledgeable and very helpful.
