Bought two different disposables here, and neither worked. I wasn’t given a receipt for my second one and when I showed that it wasn’t working, showed my bank transaction, there was still nothing they could do. don’t want anyone else wasting over a $100 on faulty products.

Bought a product while visiting KC. Found out it had an expiration date of 10-12-2019. Went back to store for exchange or refund, but the front desk and manager said that all sales are final and no exchanges or refunds were given. Even asked for a comparable product, but they expired in 2021. Now knowing their products had expiration dates, they did not seem to care and left them on the shelf, so be forewarned. Had to refute the charges on my cc and receive the money back that way.

These guys rock! Visit them. I recently bought a new D8 gummy product on their shelves that were complete duds. It was a completely one-off experience, because I’ve been visiting them for a year and have always gotten quality product.
Anyway, they gave me a full refund and immediately pulled the product off the shelf. That’s how you do business! Thank you guys!! I won’t buy from another store as long as I live in the area.

Went in as a beginner. One of the workers helped me, and I got a new battery with a ceramic cartridge. I loved it. Got home, used it properly, and every cartridge I put it in burned. I was bummed out and went back the next day to see if they could help me, and Logan was absolutely AMAZING. He helped me and answered every question I had. I'm so thankful. This is definitely my go to place.
