Pretty solid shop, sometimes the overhead markups just a weee bit ridiculous, like the kandypens session, $100 online but $200 in the store on floyd. I stick with the singing hills store. Havent had any ridiculous markups since i started going there, and in the age of computers and online retail, its shameful to try and markup prices to double the cost and expect to not get called out for it
Avoid the Floyd store, go to the solid people that work at the Singing Hills store. Knowledgeable staff and decently priced, well made (mostly, i mean they arent unbreakable) inventory

Best customer service hands down, from the time I walked in to the time I walked out I felt appreciated and valued as a customer. The manager Brian was very knowledgeable and able to assist with great customer service, when they did not have the exact product that I needed he was more than happy to start ordering it and keeping it stocked for future references. The shop owners were just as friendly and even acknowledge me by my name. Genuine great ppl with some of the best products for the best price. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

This place is great, the owner is an amazing dude who takes the time to make sure his customers get the right equipment. He personally helped me resurrect my Sigelli so I could get back onto an open system. I will frequent his shop whenever possible, and my girlfriend and I really appreciate the kind, friendly, and amazing atmosphere this shop has to offer.

BEST smoke shop I've ever been to!! I'm from Nebraska, visited this shop for the 1st time today and I was thoroughly IMPRESSED to the point I'm willing to make the 2 hour drive here to stock up on ALL my smoking supplies!! NOT only did they have a wide variety of product but they provided the BEST Customer Service I've ever received and were VERY knowledgeable about ALL their products!! Plus their prices beat ALL & EVERYTHING you can buy in Nebraska!! Bring one to Lincoln LoL I WILL without a doubt be back when I run out of supplies!!
