Great staff. They greet everyone that comes in. Answers any questions you have to the best of their knowledge. They are honest about their products. If they haven't tried a certain one that you're interested in they tell you leaving the choice up to you. My one and only go to place. Highly recommend.

I haven't been to a Flames that I didn't like, but the staff here did an awesome job helping me with all my questions and I wasn't disappointed at all with my purchases. Friendly, knowledge staff, great atmosphere, 110% would recommend visiting this location!

I absolutely adore this place. I shop here whenever I come back home from Colorado to visit. Flamez has the best prices and selections. The staff is so much fun it is like being in someone’s basement in the 70’s….😮😵💫😂

Shouldn't be called a vape shop they just should be called a one stop shop for your Delta 8 and your smoke pipes. Because everytime I have tried to stop to just try and get something so simple that all vape stores should have its a know go like something as simple as a replacement glass for a popular tank they don't have. I have tried there 4 times and all get is sorry we don't have that.. So since I ain't into pipes and delta 8 I won't be wasting my time and gas going to even look at what they mi b ht have. It's to bad because that's how they would get more sales is have that little stuff on hand that is a big saleing thing will just have to do my business across the street only. To bad because I am a business owner and I would like to support all the smaller businesses..

Best prices and variety on Kratom around. They carry the USA's top 3 brands, better than what you can get online and they can prove they carry a clean product. My Favorite is the Blissful Botanicals line. Only smoke shop in the area worth going to. The rest are GHETTO AF and give south Sioux and Sioux city a horrible name. ALWAYS ASK FOR KYLE. HE IS AWESOME!

If you want a place where they treat you like friends you need to go here!!! Such a great group of guys!!! And they have helped me, even when I bought the wrong thing they're still helping me get it all worked out. Couldn't ask for a better place. Very highly recommended!!!!

I've been shopping here for months. I travel 48 states and have been to smoke and vape shops all over. These folks have good products and compared to the others, they are hands down the lowest prices, yet still maintain a clean comfortable environment with the most positive attitudes. I'm often in a rush when I visit, but I love to talk and joke with them when I can. They are family to me now. Not only family, but in ways a therapy for the busy life that I live. The last time I left, I couldn't help, but think about the cost of the product that I had purchased and how low it was compared to ALL of the others. Almost made me think about the little man with the small business as I was growing up in the rural mountains of North Carolina. Back when money was important, but the people that you served was #1 before money or popularity. It's hard to have faith that people actually do care these days, but I truly believe that the people that own and operate this store think about their customers when they make business decisions. I pray that the public supports this cause. They have helped me so much. I have struggled for the last few months with a very heavy burden and I don't have much time to makes friends and talk it out. People like this help people like me push through and climb mountains. Thanks y'all!
