Me, my boyfriend, and his friend came in to buy some things and the worker stood there waiting for me to pick one out. My friend said he was uncomfortable with him standing there while we are still looking at the pieces in the glass case. My friend told him we can let him know when we are ready to pick one out and that we were still taking our time. When the associate got smart both of them walked away. I went ahead and picked out my items and when I went to checkout he told me to not to ever bring him back and he is not welcomed here. I decided to not purchase the pieces and walked out. He watched us from the glass windows. Very uncomfortable experience. We politely told him we will let him know when we are ready and that it felt like he was pressuring us and watching us like we were suspicious.

Definitely recommend this place! Usually order vape supplies online & in fact, just put an order in this am but forgot to get coils. Luckily, Happy Daze was open. They seemed to be low on stock & out of our coils, but had some tanks that would fit with our mods.
We purchased (2) tanks & 5 different flavors of juice. Not only was everything reasonably priced, we also got a discount from their FB page.
The juices seemed to be house branded, which I dont normally like. However, 2 out of the 5 get my approval; haven't had a chance to try the other 3 yet. Usually house brands have some weird chemical aftertaste to them & thankfully these ones don't. Even without the FB discount, the juices seem cheaper than surrounding shops.
I will for sure be back. Not only do they have amazingly good prices & high quality products, their customer service is just as great! You can tell the owner takes pride in their business! Thanks for this wonderful experience! We will be back!

Had an unfortunate situation that turned into a fantastic experience. I picked out a $90 glass piece for the holiday's. When checking out other customers came in and it got busy, the lady behind the register had the piece wrapped up in bubble wrap and it rolled off the counter and unfortunately broke. So instead of stessing she just had me go pick out anything in the back while she helped out the other customers. I ended up walking out with 2 better pieces, a box w/a bat, and cleaner that all equaled out to the one that fell over. So I'm actually happier with that and how she handled the situation.

Don't normally write reviews, but when I call to ask I question, I don't appreciate being told they have a full store and can't talk, then get hung up on. I had a question and in the current times, I am not going there to ask a quick question.
Don't hang up on customers and don't be rude. Will never go to this shop again.

Really don’t recommend for vape purposes.... very small selection, clerk was opening and separating packages of coils intended to be sold as packs, and even the vape juice I bought had been previously opened and used. Definitely won’t be using that. From what I could see, nearly every vape product had been opened or used in some way in that store.

Purchased the Cartisan yesterday at 830pm. Attempted to get my money back because the device does not work went 2 the store to get refund and the clerk says you are the second person 2day for this same issue ....do not purchase from here...they knowingly sell broken or detective devices and will not refund

Been curious about CBD products for a long time, went to the north side location and talked to a guy named Jeff that seemed to know a lot about it. Told him I'm a recently retired herb smoker and he suggested the Sunset leaf CBD, I tried it, and it seemed effective right away! A lot cheaper than a doctor's visit! Customer for life!

I bought a hookah from this place and one of my nozzles are chipped off and the only thing she could tell me was to shop around for a replacement part online when clearly it was purchased this way I’ve only used the damn thing a handful of times. But I guess she figured at least I still have one good end to use😡 #HORRIBLE
