If I could rate more stars, I would!! This smoke shop is not only one of the nicest in Indy, they also have the most helpful staff! Multiple times I’ve come in with questions and have always been met graciously with advice! Great glass selection and just overall smoking accessories! Don’t forget to join their point system! I would not trust any of their devices. I’ve had several issues in which they would not honor the warranty after 2 weeks from my purchase date. I typically try to support local businesses, however I will never give them my business again.

Big selection of glass and smoking accoutrements. Rep was nice and friendly, but there was really no assistance because she was texting or something. I sort of felt rushed because she wanted to be alone with her phone. Parking is easy, but the signage isn't very noticeable from the street.

Every time I go to get a coil I have to reexplain which type I need. (With all three employees). Lp1 are novo coils it’s not hard to memorize after the 4th time I told them. But I finally found a place where they don’t taste burnt after the first three hits and it’s 3 bucks cheaper.

I can understand giving the customer a few minutes to browse as soon as they enter the store. Nobody wants to be bombarded upon arrival. But when i have to go out of my way to find an employee and feel that I've been intruding on their down time instead of said employee coming to the customer and showing that you atleast care to help and atleast make a sale. Well that is good business and making good first impressions towards new customers will go a long way. Customers should be main priority.
