The lady who assisted us was very polite patient and efficient. Clean with alot of items fun to look at. Wished I had more time and money to spend there. Many items though I will say were/are quite overly priced. But still was nice to encounter polite customer service, finding that to be very rare these days.

Grate staff they will treat you with respect if got a corncob pipe from them it burned a hole in bottom of pipe on first use they replaced it. Even let me know that it was not my fault but pipe made wrong have purchased other pipes and rolling machines from them they are all top quality would definitely recommend them. As a go to place for your smokeing needs

Great aray of vape tastes. Very knowledgeable and they have suggestions to your likes. They have CBD vapes. If flying be careful to claim them in there boxes unopened through airports. Just a suggestion!!

they have a lot of tobacco products and other things that you can choose from in the store it is very clean and the people that work there are very helpful in the back I believe that there is a gambling place with a few machines. I don't smoke but if you do it is a great place to get all of your tobacco products and other types of paraphernalia.

First i would like to thank everyone For being such wonderful customers. I am one of your cashiers at jb hawks ( Missy) and i have to say i absolutely love my job. I look forward to going to work everyday. I love my customers they are all very friendly and this is the first job i have had over half of the people i see tell me they love me only knowing me through work. When im off i find myself going in there. Cant seem to stay away. I have made so many friends working here i also found the love of my life! 2019 will be the best year yet!

First if all the prices are the best but the people that work there are prompt,extremely nice and they go above and beyond to make sure u feel welcome and want to keep coming back
