I've been a loyal customer for year's. The prices are cheaper than anywhere else. Normally the staff is very polite. Today on the other hand was very different. I went through the drive thru and ordered 4 packs of Lucky Strikes. The total was high than I expected, but I paid anyway. Then she handed me 4 packs of Marlboros. I said oh "that's why the price was higher I asked for Lucky Strikes" I wasn't rude I was actually smiling about it. Until she rudely said "you said Marlboros". I have worked in retail for a long time and one thing you never do is contradict what a customer just said. It is after all thier mouth that just said it. Maybe if she wasn't preoccupied by the conversation she was having with someone in the store or messing with her phone that was in her hand.... She might have gotten it right. She did offer to fix it, by I was already put off by the ordeal that I left.

One lady is very good but the other has stopped and confronted me/us about a problem that he has with my friend. Friend has also been vaguely threatened by him. Im sure business is good for others but personally wont be giving this JB my business anymore. Completely unprofessional.

The people here are really great. Staff have helped me after I bought boxes of brown vape liquid in my Vuse pods instead of them being clear juice, how they should be (mostly a temp or sun exposure issue that can happen in shipping). As frustrated as they were too a couple times, they helped fix the issue overall to their best dedicated ability. I very much appreciated that & so does my wallet, lungs, & taste buds. L

Employees are very helpful the only issue that I've had was they tend to not have the coils that fit my vape that I had purchased there. You'd think they'd carry the accessories for the products they sell

JB Hawks is AWESOME!! They have ALWAYS had my cigarettes and my husband's rolling tobacco and tubes in stock. They also have a variety of other items. It's nice to look at and/or try out from time to time. Even cooler, they have a drive through and video gaming machines! The gaming room is WONDERFUL. It's quiet and very clean. It's for a fireplace which adds to the ambiance. It also has a dedicated exit in the back just for smokers to step out for a smoke when gambling that is fenced in for security. They also offer small snacks (candy, trail mix, etc ), free cans of soda, I THINK $1 bottles of beer, and often hot fresh pizza or some other yummy food...FOR FREE! It's ALWAYS super clean, well stocked, and the staff are a bunch of ROCK STARS!! Oh yeah, and every Tuesday you can check your receipt numbers from the past week to a randomly drawn number and could win AT LEAST $50!! It's been OVER $700 before!!! Overall, THE BEST place in town for tobacco, lottery, or video gaming, AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.hands down!!
