I'm new to vaping and had trouble getting answers to questions at other shops. What I appreciate about this place is that they sell pods as singles so that you can decide whether you like a flavor before spending money on four pods. The person who helped me was friendly and offered recommendations. I appreciate the service and will be back.

Came into the shop on a weekend morning. I believe it was 11 AM. Right when I walked in, the clerk with the medium hair length and glasses looked at me and didnt even say hello or ask me if I needed help finding something. This smoke shop is huge and I couldn't find anything, after catching him stare at me for a minute I finally asked him where something they kept was and he pointed it to me. The clerk didnt seem interested in helping me out. It was my first time here and my last. I ended up pulling up google maps and found there is a shop right across the street. I had a much better experience across the street then I did at this place. Please learn to treat customers nice and ask how we can help.

Got here literally 5 minutes before close last Monday, 10/21/19 in desperate need of a replacement mod (mine had just broken). They were the only shop within probably 30 miles of me that was still open. I was specifically looking for a mechanical 20700 squonk, but knew that was a difficult combo and would’ve settled for pretty much anything.
The guy working was extremely friendly and helpful and while I felt bad for showing up so close to closing, he didn’t act annoyed or rush me at all. Just greeted me with a simple “hey how’s it going! Can I help you find anything?”
Lo and behold, they actually HAD one! Awesome selection.
Top notch customer service, I’ll be back soon for sure.
