Went in to grab 1 item. Told the guy what I needed. Showed me exactly what I asked for and explained to me the other options but wasn't trying to upsell or be pushy. Talked to him for 1 more minute and very nicely explained I didn't need anything more than the base model. Took the extra time to even show me exactly how to work it. Great customer service. Great personality. Highly recommend. It's rare people take the time to comment when everything is perfect but, these guys deserve the 2 minutes of my time for making what I thought would be a different purchase simple and smooth. If you change AND post your hours of operation, to 9am, shouldn't the store actually be open during those hours? If you're so understaffed that you can't have someone open the store, adjust your staffing needs or hours. Boom. Problem solved.

I've been in the store twice now and was impressed with the e juice selection. I was in a hurry both times so I didn't get a chance to really look around but they offer much more than vaping tools.
