Great place. I didn't understand how to vape but the staff was extremely helpful. They explained how to use, clean, and how to maintain my equipment. The price was very, very reasonable. Reward points are easy to accumulate. I would highly recommend this shop.

Just walked out of this location disappointed. I have purchased all my e-cig juice and accessories from this company for years, a true loyal customer. About a month ago I upgraded to a nicer tank. The thing was that the tank was defective, always leaking. when I went in today the guy made me feel like I was an idiot who does not know how to use their products.
My friend had a bad experience here too, but I thought it was her being sensitive, after my visit today I now know she was right when she told me to take my business some where else. Considering you pay a premium for volcano products you would also think that good customer service is part of the deal.
Do your self a favor and avoid this location! Spend your money some where else!!!

I was always nervous to go to a vape shop because I thought I was gonna be looked at weird because I didnβt know what I was talking about. As I walked in, I was greeted and helped right away. They were super informative and customer service was very good.
