Site is clean and simple to use, but there's no way to cancel an order once it's placed (it seems). I wasn't able to use their 15% off code and wanted to cancel the order and reorder with the code, but no luck. Oh well, next time. Overall the experience was simple and quick enough with minimal intrusions.
