Always excellent customer service here. Everyone is extremely friendly and willing to help. I went in to try out a Juul pen as a complete newbie to vaping. Kyle greeted me and told me about a better alternative to the Juul pen, and even helped me set it up and fill it up with juice. I've been going to this store for a couple years, and will definitely go out of my way to go back to this particular Xhale.

Your sandy springs location closed 25 mins early on XMAS eve. The 2 gentleman that were in there, turned all the lights off and refused Service to a number of us that were standing outside at 7:40pm. You have it posted that you wouldn’t be closing until 8. This isn’t surprising considering this is the same business whose employee threw an absolute temper tantrum and refused service
To a paying customer because a piece of clothing he was wearing that supported a political party. Get your business together. Do better

I am so impressed with the new selection of CBD products here! I have sleep issues due to a medication I take, and the guys at XHale City helped me find a high-quality CBD tincture specific to sleep promotion and relaxation. I went from getting maybe 3 hours of sleep a night if I was lucky to a solid 6 or 7 hours since using the tincture. Many sincere thanks to the XHale City staff for helping me make an informed decision and improve my well-being!!!

I would have loved to stay and browse some new vape products learn from the employees who seem very welcoming and knowledgeable about vapes, but decided to leave early as I didn't feel comfortable being inside an enclosed space without basic covid safety rules being enforced.

The manager on duty on October 14 around 11pm scamed me out of 100 dollars. I went to purchase a really nice tobacco bubbler whe the person running the cash register claimed that the system that allows credit card payments was down and that I had to pay cash. I followed up saying that is fine as I intended to pay in cash anyway and didn’t think anything of it. I selected a water bubbler and asked for the price. He claimed that it was 250$ and it did look like it could have been that price. I also purchased a concentrate nail and a diffuser witch he said has 50$. I told him that I would take it. He went to grab it and rolled it in bubble wrap alloung with the other pieces. At some point he removed the diffuser from my bag when I was not looking. I payed him $300 and asked for a receipt, and he said he had put one in the bag. My mistake again was that I didn’t check if he actually did. Later on when I got home I realized that the diffuser was missing and that there was a 150$ sticker on the bottom of the bubbler. After noticing, I imediately went back to the store where he gave me the diffuser back with out questioning me. Then I asked about the price and claimed that I only payed 200$ in total. I told him to look at the previous transactions on the register as I purchased it around 30 mins before. He then went on to say that there was no record of me paying for the product and that I must have gotten it at a different store. I unfortunately was unable to do anything about it and recommend people to stay away from the store. I also recommend that if you do shop there that you make sure you do get a receipt.

This is place is close by my home, typically the service is okay. However tonight I went to the location and the employee had the store closed before closing and refuses to allow me make a purchase even though I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase. Essentially he’s losing the business money. Because not only did I want to make a purchase. There was another patron there to make a purchase as well. Highly disappointed.
