Man, I wish this place didn't suck. The staff is great, but they never have what you need. That juice you like? They probably want have it in stock for another month. Bought a sub tank and need new coils? Don't even bother coming to see if they have them cuz they probably wont have it. Save your patience and money, shop online.

I put one star,because the seller is not a professional does not check what he sells and is not sure what he recommends.two days ago were on vacation in Atlanta bought the goods and it turned out to be defective.We live in Savannah?!

Very rude staff who were reluctant to help me navigate the store and display cases for a replacement mod I was looking for, despite calling ahead. There were "after Christmas sale" signs posted everywhere, but again, no one was very forth coming or willing to explain what exactly that included. The girl who initially "helped" me acted put off by my asking and disappeared into the back after waving me off on my own.

My boyfriend and I stopped here recently on a whim, because we didn't have time to travel on a Saturday down to Little 5. There was one guy working in there, we both weren't sure what to expect as he didn't seem like the typical sales person you would expect. Having been to only head shops ran in Little 5, I was expecting the same experience but worse; but came out with an amazing experience that was better than Little 5.
The guy who sold us the piece was obviously knowledgeable and blunt in letting me know that if I upped my price range, I would have a better starter piece, and he wasn't kidding. He didn't rush us, let us ask questions when needed, and most amazingly wasn't stoned to a point I could smell it off of him. Instead I could tell I met probably one of the best and serious employees I've ever met in a head shop in Atlanta.
The selection was on par, if not better, than what you can find at other places. I already have a ton of other pieces there I want to add to my collection. I'm surprised no one at my university ever talked about this place, since it's so close to our campus, but if you live in the surrounding area and find it a pain to go to Little 5, just go here.
It's a one stop shop that has everything, and you can tell it has better items, at a wider selection too, that aren't going to break on you immediately. It's been an amazing start to my week using the piece I was sold, and I'm happy I took the chance to go here this past weekend.

This was a horrible experience.. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THE DATES OF ALL PRODUCT YOU PURCHASE FROM THIS FACILITY. On August 15 I went to buy CBD oil for my vape and opened it up did not check the date and low and behold it was out of date almost 5 months.. No exchange no refunds.. But you can sell customers 90 dollar products that are outdated.. I just wanted to leave a review I will be calling the corporate office..

Dakota is the best! I had no idea what I was talking about in buying a gift and she was very patient and answered all my questions. She even offered to demo what I bought. It was extremely busy and she kept coming back to check on me. Excellent service!!!

Representative provided lackluster customer service with a spaced out nonchalant interaction. He had sub-par product knowledge and didn't know his inventory. He was not paying attention to what I was requesting and told me items that I was staring at were out of stock. It was frustrating to the point of that I decided not to purchase ANYTHING from him.
The Little 5 points location is much better. I just moved to Sandy Springs and was in search of a new store to be a loyal customer to.
I guess I'll go down the street to Big Bang where they actually care about what they're doing and care about providing good customer experiences.
