I have shopped at a few of the cloud 9s in the Atlanta area and my experience has always been great. Saw this location when stopping at race track the other day and was super excited. The crew they had in there let me look around even though they were still setting up. Nice staff and high quality products. Looks great and cannot wait to start shopping here.

Had one of the best experiences at the Cloud 9 down the road from my house last night, we went in to get our friend who doesn’t smoke and needed something to pass her time while hanging out with us some CBD gummies. The staff was super helpful and friendly we ended up hanging out in the store for a whole hour having great conversations. The variety of glass is astonishing, and reasonably priced, shout out to Philip for helping me pick out the first “water pipe” for my new apartment. We’ll definitely be back for years to come!

Buyers beware!!! They don’t stand behind the products they are selling. I went to the store to buy raw paper and I complained that raw paper burnt too fast. The man working there recommended a new product that was supposed to be better than raw. The product name is king palm. This product is extremely harsh and is possibly extremely dangerous to smoke. I called that same day stating that the product recommended wasn’t good. The assistant manager told me that basically “too bad”. He wouldn’t do the right thing and switched out an unpleasant product that was recommended by the store.
